Reservations & Bookings Terms

By making a reservation with us,  you are deemed to have accepted our booking terms and cancellation policy. Your reservation and the accommodation agreement made with us or via a third party, such as a travel agent will be subject to these Reservation Terms and Conditions and the Reservation Privacy Policy set out below.  When you make your reservation, whether online, by email or by telephone, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Reservation Terms and Conditions and the Reservation Privacy Policy.

If you make your reservation via a travel agent or other third party, then you have a separate legal relationship with that party and we had no liability for any acts or omissions of such party including their observance of your data protection rights.


Deposits And Payments

By booking a trip with us, you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us) and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation invoice.
Deposits Policy: You are required to pay 20% of the total amounts to secure your booking to be confirmed. If your booking is made within 7 days of the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Full payment Policy: Must be made no later than 7 days prior to departure to avoid automatic cancellation. Third party payments may apply and are payable directly to the supplier.


Payment Terms:

All prices shown are payment by Cash, Cheque or Direct Deposit are free. An additional 1% will apply for PayPal and  3% Credit Card Service Fee will apply for Visa, MasterCard and JBC payments.



All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without notification and subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed once paid for in full. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. There will be a price surcharge 5% for high sessions such as Eid Mubarak, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.


Schedule Changes

We recommend that you can contact us less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date to confirm your schedule changes, there will be surcharge 5% and always subject to availability.


Cancellations And Refunds Policy

By making a booking, order or reservations through this site, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions. 

As a small business, late cancellations have a significant effect on us. Cancellation charges are as follows and are strictly applied. Please note all refunds are minus any bank charges.

a. More than six weeks prior to arrival date: full refund, 

b. Less than four weeks prior to arrival: 50% of the total cost will be refunded

c. Less than three weeks prior to arrival: 100% of the total cost will not be refunded


Policy For Children

Infants aged 0-2 years: inclusive

Children aged 3-5 years: inclusive

Children aged 6-10 years: will be charged at half the rate of adults (price per person)

Children aged 11-16 years: considered as adults


Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that at the time of booking you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover items including but not limited to: loss of booking amount through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage, loss of money and medical expenses.


Force Majeure

We will be liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of us.  Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, fire and explosions.


Special Requirements

Please contact us regarding any special requirements you may have for your travel arrangements such as special meals, seating requests, ground floor accommodation, sea view, etc.


Check-in / Checkout Procedures

- Check-in: from 9.30 AM to 2.00 PM (private trip only), Sharing trip Start at 10.00 AM

- Check out: from 12.00 PM to 2.00 PM


Inclusion & Exclusion

Inclusions: Pick up & drop off the harbour, sail with Samara Phinisi, three meals a during on board, free flow mineral water, afternoon tea/coffee including snack, Snorkelling equipment, Life jacket.

Exclusions: Flight tickets, travel insurance, tipping, Local guide, Hotel, alcoholic drinks, personal expenses,  entrance fees such as Komodo National Park, Kanawa Private Island, etc.


Intellectual Property Rights

We have trademark protection. Any copyright and other intellectual property in the content and materials on this website remains with us.  Downloading, copying or otherwise using any material on this website is permitted only for private use and limited to the sole purpose of making a reservation.
